Oh hey friend, I am Lucy!

Here’s what you need to know about me…I love being a photographer. I love people. I love working with people who find joy in the little things and have a sense of adventure and humor. I am a storyteller of authentic love and life, and I love that no two stories are ever the same. What inspires me as a creative and photographer? YOU and YOUR story! I’m always honored when I am invited into your life to tell it. I do this with not only my camera, but even more importantly, my heart. My passion? Creating photographs that share the little moments, the big moments, and everything in between.

I am a free spirit. I am an adventurer & explorer. I am an enthusiastic creative who is an introverted extrovert. Apparently there is a new word for this, an ambivert. So, yes, I am an ambivert. I strive to live a life where I feel purpose & love sharing my heart through my camera lens and paint brush. I fiercely love Jesus. I’m a dreamer and a mess maker and live by the anthem that ‘my mess is my message.’ I love that I get to wake up and do what I love every single day. I have been living this dream for nearly 14 years and my head is still in the clouds.

here's the

I’m a mom of two teenage girls and two doodles. I was born and raised in Denver, NC on Lake Norman. I am from a big family and have 4 brothers. I'm the only girl, so I grew up as a tomboy. My native language is sarcasm and laughter. I communicate with movie quotes and emojis. I love CrossFit and workout on the daily. Food is my love language and Oreos are my favorite. I am a hand lettering artist and teach calligraphy, sell custom art work, and paint murals (check out my shop link). A glass of pinot noir (or Diet Coke) in hand, laughing with friends, and sitting by a toasty campfire in Montana under the stars is my kind of heaven.
